CHALLENGES

Designing paint schemes for aircraft presents many challenges to the graphic designer. The Canadian client wanted to make a personal statement with a unique and striking scheme — one that was not so over the top that resale of the aircraft would be affected. Most business aircraft owners want to be noticed for their taste and status, but don’t want the undo attention that a wildly painted aircraft might garner. The design had to be executed in the client’s corporate colours of red, blue and white.
